Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and MSM (Master of Science in Management) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
Extensive experience at many large construction projects in New England. Served as Quality Control Manager for the Army Corps of Engineers, PACDIV Navy and the Air Force center for Environmental Excellence.
Managed Peer to Peer Mentoring Program for the Air Force at Massachusetts Military Reservation in support of the cleanup of hazardous wastes and property restoration.
Performed 21E’s and Hazardous Waste Cleanups for over 75 sites: familiar with all phases of Environmental Investigation and Remediation.
Justine has owned a property management and investment company for 14 years and is a real estate investor, owning a certified Woman Owned Business (AFI), and a residential redevelopment company, Sage Real Estate Solutions, Inc. .
In the complexities of commercial and investing real estate Justine could be called the "property whisperer". Communication is essential to a successful realtor/client relationship. She is able to present the complexities of property data and financials in a way an investor or seller can understand to lead to the best decision.
