Neil Goldstein co-founded The Goldstein Group in 1986 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience.
As a broker, Neil has successfully completed the expansion of over 90 locations for General Nutrition Centers (GNC) and over 60 locations for Radio Shack. He has also assisted numerous retailers with their expansion into New Jersey, such as Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sherwin Williams DXL/Casual Male, PNC Bank, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Pet Valu, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, Pearle Vision, Doctors Express, Doctor Dental, Strauss Discount Auto and Blockbuster Video.
Neil has been brokering retail real estate transactions for over 30 years and has represented a wide-range of landlords with their leasing efforts with properties ranging from free standing buildings and downtown business district locations to strip centers and power shopping centers. Neil is also responsible for the company’s highly regarded Retail Vacancy Survey, which annually monitors the vacancy rates of over 100 million square feet of NJ retail properties.
Roy Paret joined The Goldstein Group in August of 2013 and has over 20 years of sales experience throughout a multitude of industries. Roy started his career selling to retail stores in the Telecommunications industry before becoming a Director of Sales and Marketing within the medical field.
Roy has his Bachelor’s in Business Economics from Rutgers University in addition to completing the Dale Carnegie Sales Training Program.
Roy obtained his real estate license in 2002 and has since followed his passion in commercial real estate by joining The Goldstein Group team.
