Neil Goldstein co-founded The Goldstein Group in 1986 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience.
As a broker, Neil has successfully completed the expansion of over 90 locations for General Nutrition Centers (GNC) and over 60 locations for Radio Shack. He has also assisted numerous retailers with their expansion into New Jersey, such as Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sherwin Williams DXL/Casual Male, PNC Bank, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Pet Valu, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, Pearle Vision, Doctors Express, Doctor Dental, Strauss Discount Auto and Blockbuster Video.
Neil has been brokering retail real estate transactions for over 30 years and has represented a wide-range of landlords with their leasing efforts with properties ranging from free standing buildings and downtown business district locations to strip centers and power shopping centers. Neil is also responsible for the company’s highly regarded Retail Vacancy Survey, which annually monitors the vacancy rates of over 100 million square feet of NJ retail properties.
Mark brings over 20 years of National retail real estate experience to The Goldstein Group. As the Real Estate Project Manager North America for Ethan Allen Retail, Inc., he was responsible for the entire scope of real estate transactions from initial site selection & Lease/Acquisition through full site development. He was also responsible for strategic market repositioning and lease renewals throughout North America (including Canada).
Mark currently represents numerous Institutional landlords such as The Goldenberg Group, The Kaplan Companies and ARC Properties, Inc. in procuring tenants for current developments, as well as, placing regional retailers such as Ethan Allen, Tim Horton’s, La-Z-Boy, Wendy’s, The Provident Bank and Quick Chek.
Mark has been extensively servicing clients within the Central New Jersey Counties (Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, Mercer), as well as project specific assignments throughout New Jersey.
