Mr. Havlik’s experience encompasses all aspects of the restaurant transaction: Landlord representation, tenant representation, sale of existing restaurant businesses, build-to-suit transactions, ground leases, simple leases, sale of excess property, exclusive representation, strategic locational planning and consulting.

Mr. Havlik has exclusively represented some of the nation’s most prominent restaurants and retailers including: Sears Homelife, Sav-on Drug Store, San Diego National Bank, Northern Trust, Sherwin Williams Paint Store, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Chipolte Mexican Grill, Samurai Sam’s, TGI Friday’s, Sizzler Restaurants, Soup Exchange Restaurants, Panda Express, Koo Koo Roo, Hometown Buffet, Roadhouse Grill, SanSai Japanese Grill, McDonald’s, Pasta Pomodoro, El Pollo Loco, in San Diego County.

Mr. Havlik has completed real estate transactions involving restaurants totaling approximately 330,000 square feet, with combined consideration in excess of $350 Million during his real estate career.
1980 to 1995: Senior Marketing Consultant, Rancon Real Estate
Prior to becoming a Principal and Partner at Lee & Associates, Bo was a Senior Marketing Consultant with Rancon Real Estate (formerly C.W. Clark, Inc.), where he specialized in shopping center leasing, development and sales as well as a strong emphasis in transitional restaurant real estate.

Mr. Havlik’s involvement in the community is extensive. He is Past Chairman of the Board of the La Jolla YMCA, Past President of Torrey Pines Kiwani’s Club, graduate of LEAD San Diego, and Past President of The Breakfast Club. He retired as a Commander in the Naval Reserve at Naval Air Station, North Island, and has coached Pony League Baseball for 12 years, followed by 8 years of Little League baseball. Mr. Havlik is currently the baseball coach at Santa Fe Christian High School.
