Jack is a native of Lakeland, Florida and has been in commercial real estate since 2000. With family ties in Lakeland since 1948, Jack has forged strong relationships in the brokerage community. He has previously worked at commercial firms such as Herring & Co., and Waller Realty. Jack also had the opportunity to serve as CEO of Keller Williams Realty of Polk, managing over 250 agents. He currently serves as Vice President and managing broker for Broadway real estate services in Lakeland, Florida overseeing a portfolio of over 400,000 sf of class A office, retail and multi-family properties, as well as third party brokerage for private owners and investors.
He currently serves on the board of directors at IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and the board for the West Coast chapter if CCIM. Past service includes: Tri-County Human Services, Treasurer; Platform Art, Board of Directors; Lakeland Rotary South; Leadership Lakeland Class XXVIII, Polk County Builders Association Foundation; Chairman, March of Dimes; Radio Host, “Homes & Loans“, radio show; Junior Achievement, volunteer teacher; and Noah’s Ark, board member. Jack continues to be heavily involved in the community from a brokerage and personal perspective.
