To promote a listing, go to your profile page and click the Marketing Center button at the top right of the page. Next, select Listing Promotion from the drop down menu, then click Create Order. Type in the title of the listing you would like to promote and then click Confirm. Start typing the name of the listing. Click the check box next to the listing you want to promote and then click Confirm. You'll be brought to PayPal to complete the transaction.
