Arden Hills lies approximately eight miles north of the downtown areas of both St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is one of the area's healthiest and fastest growing sub-markets. The location provides easy access to the entire Twin Cities Metro Area and is located within 10 miles of both Central Business Districts.
