NEW DEVELOPMENT NEAR ANCHOR BAY:
A lot will be happening to the area which we believe will vastly improve the area and significantly grow the business of the Anchor Bay as the Bridgewater Development comes about.. The improves to the area are:

Removal of County U and the road in front of the restaurant. This will become a walking and golf cart access path. County U will be located back on a portion of Hwy 54. Access to the restaurant will be from the rear by a new road of 80th Street North. This will make the area safer between the docks and the restaurant. The path for walking and golf carts extends far beyond the area by the Anchor Bay and will result in increased traffic for the restaurant!
The Anchor Bay will be getting increase dock space with permanent deeded access. The land for the docks is owned by the power company and the Anchor Bay has permission to use currently. The Anchor Bay owns land that the Power Company pump sits on and as part of the agreement, the pump land (per the survey) will transfer to utility company and the Anchor Bay will be given deeded access which will also result in more dock space. Area boating waters and good dock space is a major enhancement to the Anchor Bay.
The boat landing and boat landing parking will be improved to the west of the property. This is a major benefit to the Anchor Bay as it draws more people to the area.
As part of the new development, a significant condominium development will be build to the south and west of the property. 17 Condominium structures are to be built, all with easy access to the Anchor Bay.
90 building lots are part of the development plan that is underway now. Do to the development plans and location to the water, these new homes are likely to be of significant values. All these homes will have easy access to the Anchor Bay. The Anchor Bay is the only restaurant located in the area!
Not far from the Anchor Bay is an expanded Industrial Park of Hwy 54. This is likely to bring more businesses to the area and further create more business for the restaurant.
