After graduating from MSU Billings, Rica moved to Bismarck, North Dakota where she started her career in business working for Holt & Associates. She later was hired as a credit manager for Norwest Financial and worked her way up to Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank in Billings, MT. She was recruited to be an Escrow Officer in 2002, where she had first hand experience in closing commercial & residential transactions for the next 10 years. The opportunity to enter the Commercial Real Estate Arena at NAI was granted in 2013 when she started as an assistant preparing Broker Opinions of Value for one of the Owners. The opportunity to obtain her real estate license and build her own book of business was the next step. Rica obtained her Broker’s License in March 2017.
