Commercial Real Estate broker Mike Lin of the Inland Empire's Progressive Real Estate Partners joins us as presenter on our webinar, Tips on Using Video for Commercial Real Estate Marketing. Mike talks about how he started using video to market his listings and expanded to creating weekly videos to promote his personal brand by presenting authoritative information on commercial real estate in his market, as well as the impact of current events on the industry. About Mike Lin

Mike Lin specializes in representing buyers and sellers of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment properties. He has been in involved in the sale of properties leased to tenants including Rite Aid Pharmacy, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, Stater Bros, Bank of America, Carl's Jr., Sally Beauty Supply, and others.

Prior to joining Progressive, Mike was a broker at NAI Capital in Irvine, CA, where he focused on the retail market as a landlord and tenant representative.

Before becoming a commercial real broker, Mike was a full-time real estate investor, with experience in property management, residential investment, and flipping houses in Orange County.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked for multinational corporations such as Nestle PowerBar, Prudential, and Computer Sciences Corporation. His ingenuity and previous experience in multiple companies enables Mike to become more versatile and adept to the commercial real estate industry.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a past Co-President of the Duke Alumni Club of Orange County.

Mike is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and lives in Tustin with his wife and two children. His hobbies include tennis, triathlons, photography, and guitar.
