Andrew Flint

Andrew Flint is the co-founder of Occupier, Inc., a Real Estate Success platform for both commercial tenants and tenant rep brokers.  He has 10 years of experience in NYC commercial real estate and 9+ years at the forefront of commercial real estate technology.  Andrew realized the need for modern technology in Commercial Real Estate, experiencing the inefficiencies of the industry firsthand while at JLL.  In 2012 he joined VTS as head of business development after being an angel investor and first non-founder user of the platform.  Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado in 2000.
