Brian Hennessey

Brian has been in the commercial real estate industry for 35 years as: a commercial broker for 26 years; a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for 6 years for a major investor and ran his own real estate syndication/asset management company for 3 years. He has represented a number of Fortune 500 Tenants including Bank of America, The Walt Disney Company and Baxter Healthcare. 

 

He is currently a Senior Vice President with Avison Young in its LA North office, specializing in investment sales.

 

 

He is also the author of the #1 Best Seller in commercial real estate book on Amazon “The Due Diligence Handbook for Commercial Real Estate” as well as “The How to Add Value Handbook for Commercial Real Estate” and “The Residential Agent’s Handbook for Commercial Real Estate” which are also available as audiobooks on Audible.com and iTunes.
