Meet Kent and Steve

 

Kent A. Fitzpatrick, AIFA®, GFS®, CBFA is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™ from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, a Global Financial Steward and a Certified Behavioral Finance Analyst. He serves as Managing Director at Asset Strategy Advisors and President of Asset Strategy Financial Group. In addition to his financial expertise, Kent also has a strong background in real estate. A licensed agent of 30 years, he specializes in 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) as well as Qualified Opportunity Funds and is experienced in educational forums on these topics. With over 25 years of experience in financial planning, estate planning and investment advice, his focus at Asset Strategy Advisors includes providing comprehensive, customized investment advisory services, as well as counseling clients on asset allocation and investment strategies. Kent is a graduate of St. Anselm College with a BA in Economics.

 

 

Steven R. Kamen, Co-Chair of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group, provides corporate counseling to public and private companies, including the structuring and negotiating of complex acquisitions as well as joint ventures/collaborations.  For almost a decade, Mr. Kamen has also been an active player in the Firm’s Real Estate practice.  His institutional real estate clients include developers, investors and asset managers involved in a broad spectrum of asset classes, geographies and transactions.  Among other things, he handles real estate joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and a variety of other real estate related matters such as development agreements, property management agreements, leasing agreements, brokerage agreements, and redevelopment agreements.
