About Melissa

Melissa Swader is the Director of Marketing, PR & Administration for the largest SVN brokerage in Arizona; Currently ranked #4 in the Global International SVN network. She is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that enhances the organizations image and position within the commercial real estate marketplace. Swader also facilitates all communications and public relation activities and materials including publications, media relations, and serves as a liaison between third party affiliations.  In addition, Melissa directs the editorial, design, production and distribution of the organization's brand content and development. While her main objectives are focused on the quality of the marketing and company brand, she also makes sure that the organization’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.  In order to maintain strategic perspective, She also implements the appropriate systems and develops and coordinates effective procedures within the organization to create an efficient administrative platform to help support the brokerage teams. Melissa is the face and public figure behind all the SVN social media channels, press statements, and live video marketing endorsements on the SVN YouTube channel. 

Melissa is a graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ., where she obtained her business license before graduating ASU with a Bachelors of Fine Arts. She was featured in ASU's Thrive Magazine in 2018.  She started a marketing & design business with no initial capital investment and proceeded to expand her business by producing an exclusive business magazine, where she served as the publisher, editor, and contributing writer for over a combined 20 years in the marketing & publishing industry.
