Melissa Alexander

Melissa Alexander serves as Vice President for Foundry Commercial and works on the Industrial Services team in Nashville, TN. Melissa has more than twelve years of real estate experience focusing on the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties in Middle and West Tennessee. 

Melissa previously served as Principal of the Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) affiliate in Memphis, TN. She served as the only female partner and only female broker in the firm. In this role, she assisted local and multi-market clients with strategic planning and tactical execution of their real estate requirements. 

An expert in team branding and social media, Melissa has strong business and commercial real estate presence on Twitter and LinkedIn, recently founding #CREchat with Casey. She has been featured in Bisnow and is named one of the top Commercial Real Estate Influencers to follow on Twitter and LinkedIn by Duke Long. In 2016 she was named Top 40 Under 40 by the Memphis Business Journal.

Casey Flannery

Casey Flannery is a commercial real estate broker specializing in office landlord representation in Memphis, Tennessee. Casey started as an intern with a commercial real estate company in 2015 while working two jobs and going to graduate school.After six months as an intern, Casey was hired full-time in a broker coordinator position.

Shortly after, she became licensed and focuses on office landlord representation in Memphis, TN. She works directly with landlords and owners presenting her knowledge to create maximum value for their assets. Casey utilizes market analysis, leasing strategies, and best in class marketing capabilities to provide key contributions to client care.

She offers extensive market knowledge supported through research, marketing, strategy, and commitment to clients. Along with Melissa, she is co-founder and creator of #CREchat – a live, on-line conversation that takes place once a month on Twitter.
