#LetsGetSmart 2020

ICSC RECon may have been canceled but, our annual speaker series at RECon, #LetsGetSmart was not. This year, we reimagined it as an open mic event, giving all of the participants a chance to share their views on what the post-COVID19 future of retail will be. Participants could not get enough of this event. It's worth watching to the end to get the results of the 1 question survey we conducted on what types of activities people would be willing to do tomorrow if it were open.
