My apologies to Crosby, Stills & Nash and their fans everywhere, but have a look at what commercial real estate brokers are doing to get information on their listings to their customers when they are out of the office (If the poll is still running, you won't be able to see the results unless you vote, which you can do by clicking HERE).
You get a call from a prospect when you are out of the office asking for info on one of your listings. How do you get it to them fast?

The poll is still going on, and there have not been many responses yet, but I think we can see where this is going from those that have already responded. Most agents search for an old email to forward or dig through their DropBox. In today's world, where everyone has a smartphone on them at all times, with dozens of apps, why wouldn't you want to have a dedicated app for this use case? If you are a real estate agent, you know you are going to get calls, texts, or emails when you are out of the office asking for information on your listings. So, be prepared.
Do you really want to spend the time searching through your emails or your Dropbox app to find the listing flyer you are looking for? Why, when you don't have to? Just because it's the way you've been doing it for years, does not mean it is the best way to do it. And, nobody wants to call someone at the office and ask them to do it for you. Then, you'll owe them.
What would that millennial in the cube next to yours do? That's right, she's got the QuantumListing app on her phone and has added all of her listings. It doesn't matter if she has an iPhone or Android, because there are apps for both. She's not going to waste any time, or even worse, wait till she gets back to the office to get that listing into the hands of her prospect. With just a few taps she'll be sending that listing to that customer and then get on with whatever else she has to do to eat your lunch.
