What type of real estate is on QuantumListing?
Because more than half of visitors to QuantumListing come from Google or other search engines directly to our members' listings or profiles, many of them are not aware of all the types of properties we have on our site.
One of our most frequently asked questions is do you have real estate for sale and for lease? The answer is yes and in fact, we have an almost even number of listings both for sale and for lease!
Other users often wonder what type of real estate that we feature on our site. Is it only commercial or just residential? Many sites focus on a specific asset class like office or industrial. At QuantumListing, we have listings in nearly every asset type that you can think of. Our most popular asset types are Multifamily, Retail, Office, Industrial, and Land. Recently, Coworking is becoming one of the most popular asset types, we now have over 1500 coworking spaces available on our site.
How do I check to see if you have the asset type I’m looking for?
If you are searching for a particular asset type, we recommend clicking the green Search Filter button at the top left corner of the search page and selecting your asset type of choice. You can also narrow this down further by typing in a specific city or state in the Location search box. If you are going to do this, we recommend first typing in the location and then using the search filter to further the search.
What other requirements can I specify?
You can also narrow down the search by trade type (lease, sale), space size, price, and a radius measured by miles from the location that you searched.
I tried searching and didn’t have luck with my requirements. What should I do?
First of all, you can always clear the search and start over with more broad search requirements. You can even change the radius and broaden the search if you have flexibility with your location. If you have extremely specific criteria, we also recommend that you create a search request which will notify you when listings with your requirements pop up on our site. Once I find a listing that I am interested in, how do I get in touch with the agent?
Above and below the listing image, you will see a blue “Contact the Agent” button which will send your contact information directly to the listing agent. If you click the green plus sign next to the second Contact the Agent button, you can also expand the contact information to find their phone number and email address. If you would like to reach out directly, feel free to give them a call or shoot them an email. Make sure you let them know that you saw their listing on QuantumListing so they know how to keep track of their lead sources
Do I need a membership in order to search for real estate?
No! All website visitors can see all information on our listings. There is a wide array of tools available to you if you would like to register for an account and become a Basic member. This membership is free and gives you access to features such as Notes, Listing Reports, Saved Listings, and iFrames. If you would like to post listings, we recommend becoming a Premium member which you can do by creating an Individual or Enterprise profile.
