What Is QuantumListing Worth to You?

We recently ran a three-part series in our blog, Do You Have to Pay for QuantumListing? If you missed it, read it by clicking HERE. The answer to that depends on what you want to do with the site. In brief, if all you want to do is search listings, post your commercial real estate wants, participate in our webinars, or read our blog, you do not have to pay.

If you want to post listings, the answer is yes. However, this is where it gets a little tricky. Most of our listings are syndicated to us from marketing platforms, and one of the quirks of those relationships is that listings can flow to QuantumListing without those users having to enter their payment information.


The Philosophy

Our philosophy from the beginning is to have QuantumListing’s price be affordable to anyone.  

Many other listing sites charge more per month or even more per listing than we charge for unlimited listings annually. That is because they spend a lot of your money on Google ads, corporate jets, giant parties and concerts at trade shows, tv commercials, and more.

Although there will be an increase in price when we introduce the updated version of our website in the next few weeks, I assure you the price will still be incredibly reasonable.

Even the features we offer to help you get more views of your listings are inexpensive and can result in your listings getting more views than any other service. Although it takes a little more effort on your part, you get to decide how and when you want to promote those listings and how much you spend.

With today’s inflation and a possible recession in our future, it is to our industry’s benefit to have a full featured, low-cost alternative listing service.


The Conundrum

This puts us in a difficult situation. As a listing service, we need listings to generate traffic. But as a business, we need income. Over the long run, asking QuantumListing management to reach into their pocket every month so that your listings can be visible and accessed by our Basic and Premium members, web searchers, and visitors to our site can view them for free is not sustainable.

Why don’t these members with listings pay for a service they are consuming? I am sure there are several reasons which are fodder for its own blog post, but in signing up for our site, they are agreeing to our terms of service and should pay.
