What is QuantumListing? It's a mobile commercial real estate app for publishing and sharing your listings. It is fast and easy and designed to take advantage of all the great features of your smartphone. Initial availability will be for iOS, with subsequent roll outs for a responsive website and Android. It is a "freemium" service. Anyone can download the app for free, and search the listings. To post and share listings, you must become a Premium member. During our initial ramp up, we're waiving membership fees.

 

-QuantumListing is a powerful new listing, communication, productivity, and search tool for commercial real estate. It works on the go, the way you do.

 

-Free Membership allows you to search for commercial real estate and contact listing agents and owners.

 

-Premium Membership gives you the power to post and share your commercial real estate listings via e mail and social media. Premium Membership is just $9.99 per month, $24.99 for three months, or $79.99 for a year.

 

-Upload your PDFs to QuantumListing and you'll be able to email them to brokers and tenants from your mobile device as well as share them on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

 

-Premium Members post a listing by adding a picture or uploading a PDF of the property. Then, follow these simple steps below to complete the listing:

 

-Add a title

 

-Your phone number, e mail address, and website are hyperlinked to the listing title from your profile contact information

 

-Add the address to the map engine

 

-Add property details on the property detail form (optional)

 

-It just takes a few minutes at most to add a listing! Our on boarding team will help answer any questions.

 

-Anyone with the QuantumListing app can search the listings and contact you for more information

 

-Scroll through the most recent 100 public listings loaded to the site with a flick of your finger.

 

-Use the Search function to search listings by address, town or zip code.

 

-Premium Members can share a listing with just a tap to email it, Tweet it, send it to Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or other social media, or save it to your device. QuantumListing helps you increase your social media presence with minimum effort.
