The QuantumListing Experience - 2019 Recap

The QuantumListing Experience - 2019 Recap

Last week we looked at some of the changes we made to QuantumListing during 2019. This week our focus is on other aspects of the QuantumListing Experience.

Last week, we took a look at what new features QuantumListing launched this year. Our listing platform is a major aspect of the overall QuantumListing experience. However, we also take pride in many other parts of our company, such as our weekly webinars, blog posts, and partnerships.

Blog Posts

One of the biggest additions to our blog post this year was called the City Series. Andres Larramendi took the lead on this one. He wrote about the QuantumListing properties for sale in many hot cities including, New York, Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, and Phoenix

Andres highlighted the commercial properties for sale and rent on our site. He also walked us through the cities and painted a picture of each city’s major buildings and history.

Another new blog post series added in 2019 was called Unsung Features of QuantumListing. While we have many features within our site, we wanted to make sure you got to know all of the nooks and crannies of QuantumListing because together they give a

As always, we continued to run the QuantumLister profile series and plan to pick this up even more in 2020. Click here to be our next QuantumLister and have your profile and listings seen by thousands!

Webinars

Webinar with Andrew BermudezLast year, QuantumListing started holding webinars each week to show our website’s highlights and teach new users how to set up their profile, add listings, and search the site. What started off as QuantumListing Overview and New Feature webinars evolved into a very comprehensive webinar series ranging from our own material to several exciting guests! In 2019, we even had to create a webinar schedule and signup form in order to organize all of the interest and buzz around these webinars.

We even had over 100 sign ups for a webinar in 2019 (shoutout to Andrew Bermudez)! By the end of 2019, we even had a company, The News Funnel, become our own webinar sponsor!

Partnerships

At QuantumListing, we know that we cannot achieve success alone and we believe in the power of collaboration. That’s why we have formed several partnerships with a wide variety of companies within the commercial real estate technology space.

From our syndications with Buildout, SharpLaunch, and Leavitt Digital, our partnership with StackSource, and  to our new partnership with CRE Collaborative, we love working together with so many great companies. And as always, we want to give a special shoutout to all at The News Funnel, ATYPICAL, and of course CREtech for their continued support.

Conferences

QuantumListing went to several conferences this year and found each one to be valuable in a different way. David and Julia started off convention season in Las Vegas at ICSC RECon 2019. ICSC RECon Graphic Banner

QuantumListing and Perlmutter Properties hosted events such as #LetsGetSocial, #LetsGetTogether, and #LetsGetSmart with companies like ATYPICAL (formerly The Content Funnel), The News Funnel, theBrokerList, StackSource, and many more. At ICSC, we shared a booth with these companies and others, creating an area for networking and meetings.

We also attended CREtech New York which was another fantastic conference. This time, we got to be on the other end and go around to the booths to learn about several exciting new commercial real estate technology companies. We garnered several great connections, many of which who we are still in touch with about potential collaborations!

David also went to ICSC Deal Making in New York, as well as many other real estate events such as the Massachusetts Commercial Association of Realtors in January, and the Fairfield County Commercial Brokers Network annual luncheon.

Looking Forward to 2020

We're looking forward to building upon the momentum generated in 2019. We hope to attend more events, continue to hold great webinars that address commercial real estate professionals' pain points and professional development needs, and produce helpful and informative content on our blog. 2019 has been a year of incredible growth for us, and all signs point to an even better 2020. We look forward to having you along with us on this exciting journey.
