Share CRE Wants on QuantumListing
One of QuantumListing's most unique features is the ability to post your commercial real estate wants, making our website a double-sided marketplace!
Anyone with a QuantumListng profile has the ability to post commercial real estate wants in addition to for sale and for lease listings. In order to do this, you can simply go to the sidebar menu on the left-hand side of your profile page and then click the green plus sign.
Just like with commercial real estate listings, you can share your Wants via email and you can even promote them to the top of searches in your market. Remember, you can also post in your state "Haves and Wants group." We recommend copying the URL to your Want and sharing it within the group chat so that other members in your network will know what you are looking for.
There are already members from our site that have posted what they are looking for. See below for a Listing Report of the current "Wants" in our commercial real estate community. Be sure to reach out to our users if you have anything that meets their wants!
