It's a Blast Blast Blast

Part of our mission at QuantumListing is to create incredible value for our customers. One of the many ways we do this is by adding new features without raising our prices. And, we’ve done it again! We’re adding a unique email service to our array of features.

Email marketing is one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to reach your customers and colleagues. According to the MailChimp website, email marketing on average yields a $38 return for every dollar spent. That seems like a pretty smart investment, doesn’t it? There are a lot of great services that facilitate email blasts, including Constant Contact, Robly, and the aforementioned MailChimp. We’ve tried and used them, and they are indeed effective.

Additionally, there are various dedicated commercial real estate emailing services that will send emails to their proprietary lists, and you can choose whether you want to have them send those emails to particular geographic areas or nationwide. In my brokerage company, Perlmutter Properties, we get hundreds and hundreds of these emails each week. 

Furthermore, some of the other commercial real estate listing services offer different types of email blasts. Up until now, we have been reluctant to do so, but have come up with a solution that meets our criteria for a new feature, i.e. it must be easy to use, cost effective (no additional charge is cost effective, right?), and relevant.

From the Beginning

From the beginning, our users have been able to send emails to one or more users, but it involved manually entering the recipients. You can now use QuantumListing to send an email blast to your private email distribution list. And it is really easy, too. You don’t need a marketing department to do it or have a designer create a template that will work for each of your listings (but, if you have those resources available, they are great, and you should use them! Respect to all the marketing and design professionals out there). 

It's So Easy

  1. Make sure your QuantumListing Membership is current so you can send email blasts.

  2. To use QuantumListing’s new email blast service, follow these simple steps.

  3. Select the listing you want to send by clicking on it.

  4. Click on the sharing icon

  5. Click the email icon

  6. Add a subject line and a brief message

  7. Click on the button to add an xls or xlsx file. The file should have one column with email addresses, with or without a header.

  8. Click send.

That’s it!

Is there a catch? Not really. Your QuantumListing membership does have to be current, though. At $79.99/year, that’s not a heavy lift.
