ICYMI November Recap
See what QuantumListing has been up to this November!
Another month goes by, and more exciting developments and quality content coming from QuantumListing!
We covered topics like how to make the most of your QuantumListing account, a Quantum Lister profile with David Seay, and a look at some of the best ways to search for commercial real estate.
Below you can check out the highlights of our blog from November:
Are You Experienced?
We began the month with a user survey titled “Are You Experienced?” for all the Hendrix-heads out there among our members. (You can also still fill in the survey in the above link, we would still love to hear what you have to say!) Apparently, there were quite a few of them, and we got some great results from the survey, which you can check out here.
What’s the Biggest CRE Network in the US?
No, it’s not QuantumListing (yet!). While there are lots of networks in the CRE community, from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), to Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), to CoStar and LoopNet, and of course QuantumListing, none of them are actually the biggest. To find out what it is, read our article “What is the Largest CRE Network in the United States?”
How to Make the Most of Your QuantumListing Membership
One of the things that makes QuantumListing so powerful is its robust feature set. If you want to get a brief overview of these features, check out our recent webinar that covers some of QuantumListing’s core features. If you’re already a power user and want to beef up your profile a little more, take a look at the 8 Ways to make the most of Your QuantumListing Membership.
A New Norm for CRE
Brendan Hotchkiss, the CEO of LDCRE, wrote a great guest post about the groundbreaking partnership between QuantumListing and LDCRE. With this partnership, you’ll be able to send all your listings from QuantumListing to LDCRE, which then syndicates them to hundreds of local publications. Read about how this partnership is setting a new norm for CRE.
How to Search for CRE
There are more options than ever when it comes to searching for CRE. It can be a bit intimidating to decide where to begin a search for commercial real estate properties. We’ve made it a little easier in our recent article, “How to Search for CRE.”
A QuantumLister Profile: David Seay of Seay Development
We continued our QuantumLister profile series this November with David Seay of Seay Development. He proved to be one of the most illuminating interviews yet, giving insight into a looming “Millennial Behavioral Shift,” how to use tech in CRE, and his personal #Hustle4Ever system. What is #Hustle4Ever, you may wonder. Well, read David Seay’s QuantumLister interview to find out!
