During April, we continued working on the design and development of the new version of QuantumListing.com. We also are hard at work on the first refresh of the iOS app. The tech team also solved a nagging problem with dragging and dropping images when loading new listings.
Later this month, we'll be at ICSC's RECon again. The second annual Lets Get Social Meet Up (#LetsGetSocial17) is scheduled for Sunday, May 21st at 5:00 pm at the Aria Sports Bar. This years' hosts are Julie Augustyn of Foundry Commercial, Michael Lagazo of SVN, RealMassive, The News Funnel, The Official CRE//Tech, Buildout, The Broker List and QuantumListing. Visit LetsGetSocial.Info for information and updates, a photo gallery from last year's Meet Up and to sign up so we can get you a name badge. We've already got a great group of people that have said they will attend, so be sure to stop by and get your RECon off to a great start.
We're in the midst of planning another event at RECon for Wednesday at our booth, S246 S Street in the South Hall. It's the inaugural Lets Get Smart Speaker Series (#LetsGetSmart). The last three blog posts below give the back story of why we're doing this and how it came about. Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate Services is helping with the planning, and if you'd like to help too, let me know. We have some incredible speakers lined up, including Pam Flora, Director of Retail Research at Cushman & Wakefield, Liz Holland, Chief Executive Officer of Abbell Associates and 2016-2017 Chairman of ICSC, Architect Chuck Dietz of Dietz Associates and Mike McClure of Ad Art Signs. We'll be announcing more speakers in the next few days. I'm really excited about #LetsGetSmart. It will add incredible value to Wednesday at RECon. I'm hoping that this will catch on with other companies in their booths, with events popping up all over the convention hall. If any of you want to plan something similar for your booths for this year, let me know and I'd be happy to help you publicize it. Visit LetsGetSmart.info for the roster of speaker, schedule, and to sign up. Space is limited.
And, QuantumListing and Perlmutter Properties will be sharing a booth with Benbrooke Realty Investment Co. and Gladstone Development throughout the show. You can find us at Booth S246 S Street in the South Hall. Send me an email at [email protected] or give me a call at 914-470-5719 to set up a meeting for Monday or Tuesday.
