Welcome to the February 1, 2017 of ICYMI!
January has been another busy and exciting month at QuantumListing.com. In addition to the subtle behind the scenes improvements that you might not notice, we’ve made a couple of more obvious changes. We rolled out our Listing Report which allows you to send multiple listings via email to a prospect or colleague. We’re continuing to make a few more tweaks to it, so please try it and let us know if you have any suggestions on how to make it better.
We also took our Android App out of Beta. You can download it HERE. It emulates our website so it should be familiar to regular website users. You use the same login credentials for the website and app.
We did have some issues with the iOS app during January resulting from the switch to our new server, but those have been resolved. Over the next couple of months, we’ll look to refresh the iOS app so that it’s functionality equals the website. However, even without the added features, the app provides incredible features like one touch calling and emailing to agents, sharing listings via email, text and social media, and the ability to add and edit listings from your mobile device.
Over the next month or so, we’re working on an initiative with Buildout.com. This will permit their users to opt in to syndicate their listings on QuantumListing. For those of you that are unfamiliar with Buildout, they produce outstanding marketing materials and help streamline your entire marketing process.
One other new feature that we’re working on is the ability for you to add private notes to your listings. This will allow you to keep track of information such as whom you’ve sent a listing to, Landlord contact info, etc. conveniently from your QuantumListing profile. This was a feature suggested by a broker colleague, so, if you have an idea about something you’d like to see added to QuantumListing, we do pay attention!
