March was another busy month! During the first week, I attended the Brown University Real Estate Group's Real Estate Technology Event, and then the following week, ICSC's Upstate New York Idea Exchange. Those were bookended at the end of the month by a day in New York City, when I attended CREtech and Disrupt CRE's excellent technology events.
Last month, we started using Intercom, so that when users are on QuantumListing.com, they can communicate with us in real time. We've been able to answer questions and take suggestions from you. I think this has been a great addition.
Two new links were added to the menu bar at top of the website. One is a dedicated Search page, giving users another way to search for listings, and also allowing users (and us) to send searches to users via email or social media. The other link is for users to submit suggestions and let us know about any issues they are having. We also put any known issues and service advisories on this page. This has been a great resource for both our users and us. I can't wait to see what you come up with next!
The work on the new PHP/Laravel version of the website continues. Front end development is near complete, and the team is beginning to build it out.
Additionally, the first refresh of the QuantumListing iOS app is underway. The goal is to add many of the features to the app that have been added to the website.
Looking ahead to May, we'll be at ICSC's RECon again. We're working on the second annual Meet Up with The Brokers List and Buildout. We'll have details soon, but let me know if you want to attend! Additionally, we'll be exhibiting at Booth S246 S Street in the South Hall.

Thanks for reading. Let me know if you have any questions or comments. You can always reach me at [email protected], and now, through Intercom, directly from the website.
PS: If you've posted listings and have not updated them recently, please do so soon! We're going to start sending out mid-month reminders.
