How to Get Your Listings in the Local News For Free and with Just One Click

Using our new partnership with LDCRE, you’ll be able to syndicate all your listings on QuantumListing to over 500 local news outlets!

When it comes down to it, CRE is all about place. Where the property is, where the brokers are, and the region that prospective tenants operate in.

There are tons of great ways to keep up with the CRE industry in your place of interest. There are online listing services like QuantumListing, digital newsletters, and social media.

One of the best ways to follow CRE in your region and find properties are local online newspapers. These publications filter out the noise of stuff outside your region,  while also giving you the tools to refine your search so you can find exactly what you need.

Our LDCRE Syndication
To serve your listings to local news publications, we’ve partnered with Leavitt Digital (LDCRE). LDCRE is the largest CRE distribution platform in the world, with its partnerships with over 500 local news websites. Using their platform, you can easily get your listings to the right audience in a source they already know and trust, the local news. You can also view all their listings on their website. And Leavitt Digital is growing rapidly, expecting to expand to over 2,000 publications by the end of 2019.

What’s more, serving your listings to LDCRE and all its partners is completely FREE!!,  Leavitt Digital's Founder, Brendan Hotchkiss says, "The QuantumListing team have been great to work with and we are excited to finalize our syndication partnership. LDCRE is a CRE listing distribution platform, and we are big advocates for collaboration between CRE Tech firms. When we (CRE Tech Firms) work together listing information is more accurate and reaches a much larger market. This collaboration gives listing agents a higher rate of success, while not burdening the agent with manually entering listing information across multiple platforms."

Now, you’ll be able to serve your listings from QuantumListing to LDCRE. This means that not only will you be putting your listings on the QuantumListing platform and Leavitt Digital’s website, but they will also be seamlessly syndicated to LDCRE’s local news partners in the relevant geographic areas.

So, let’s take a look at an example to see how the new QuantumListing LDCRE syndication partnership could help your business.

Say you’re a broker based in Scottsdale, AZ. You love QuantumListing and put all your listings on the platform. However, you’d also love to see your properties get more exposure in local news sources so the general public can see them in places they’re already looking as part of their day-to-day life.

With QuantumListing’s partnership with LDCRE, the same information and photos in your QuantumListing post can go right to LDCRE’s system and will be served to their partner site in the Scottsdale region, Scottsdale.com.

Setting Up Syndication
To make this happen, all you need to do is connect your QuantumListing profile to LDCRE. This is super easy…and, once again, totally FREE.

First, you have to go to the Syndications Links page. If you are already logged in, you can do this by clicking this LINK. Or, go to your profile, Click “Info” on the drop-down menu on the left side of the page, and then click “Syndication Links.”

Once you’re on the syndication page, click “SET UP SYNDICATION” and follow the instructions in the pop-up box. Once again, this is totally free!

You can then select to syndicate all listings to LDCRE from the Syndication Links page, or if you only want to syndicate individual listings, you can go to the listing’s page, click edit, and select “LDCRE Syndication” at the bottom of the page. It’s the same if you want to syndicate a new listing you’re building.

Also, if you use Buildout to send your listings to QuantumListing, they have an option to syndicate to LDCRE as well.

That’s it! We hope you take advantage of our new partnership with LDCRE.
