How can we help you? We know that if we help you, you will become regular users of QuantumListing, and you will help spread the word. It starts with QuantumListing, our mobile crowd-sourced commercial real estate listing app. You can download it for iOS and Android for free (Android is still in Live Beta). You'll always be able to search every listing everywhere for free, with no paywall. Adding listings will require Premium Membership, which we're giving a free trial of during our ramp up phase. Unlike other listing services, with QuantumListing, you add your listings from your mobile device.
Your listing consists of your existing marketing PDF or photo of the property. Your contact info is auto-filled from your Profile. Other than the name of the property, the address, asset class and whether it is for lease or sale are the only data you need to enter. Your PDF already has the essential property information that you want to convey, so why reenter it? You can add additional information, but that's optional. The beauty of this is that it only takes a couple of minutes to add a listing.
Once your listing is entered, users can see it in the Public Feed, and can find it in search. Once they've found it, buttons to call you or email you are prominently located to make contacting you for more information as easy as possible. The other great thing about having your listings in QuantumListing is that you now have a dedicated app where you will be able to easily access your marketing info so you can email or text it to your customers from wherever you are. You can also share it to social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook with just a couple of taps.
We wanted to do more to help you spread the word about your listing, so, here's what we're doing. We share your listing on our LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook feeds. And, some of your listings we feature on our blog, too. All of this may not yet be a substitute for having millions of users for our app, but it's a start. And believe me, thinking up new ways to help you market your property will continue to be a priority for us. For instance, we're working on syndicating the listings to other listing websites and we're also working on a web portal of our own.
