Do You Have to Pay for QuantumListing? Part 3

Unlike visitors and Basic Members, QuantumListing Premium Members get access to all of the features on our site. Naturally, this includes features available to visitors discussed in Part 1 and those available to Basic Members detailed in Part 2 of this series. It's time to explore what you get with a relatively small annual fee to post unlimited listings.

 

Individual and Enterprise Memberships

QuantumListing has two types of Premium Membership, Individual and Enterprise. As you might surmise, an Individual Membership is best for a solo practitioner. It is also good for a broker who is part of a larger organization and is seeking another outlet to market their listings.

If in the future that broker wants to switch to an Enterprise Membership, all they need to do is get in touch with us. Individual and Enterprise memberships are both currently $89.99 per year per person, although we will be raising the price soon. Both membership options allow you to post an unlimited number of listings.

When you sign up for either of these memberships, you get the first 30 days for free, and can cancel during this period and not be charged at the end.

 

Analytics

Premium Members can see charts and download files with information on how many views their listings get in the aggregate and individually. This is helpful for reporting your marketing efforts to your principals. You can also see how many views your profile has gotten.

Additionally, if your listings and/or profile have been shared, you will be able to see that too. If you use additional features such as Promoted Listings, Brand Promotion or

Advertising on the Google Display Network, the Analytics section is where you will see those metrics. That can be helpful in deciding to keep using these features or not.

Email Blasts

Both types of Premium Memberships receive a complimentary email blast of one of their listings to their market with the membership upon request. Premium Members can also purchase additional email blasts individually or in packages

If you are more of a do-it-yourselfer, you can use QuantumListing to do your own email blasts through our system to your own proprietary email list. The Marketing Center

Another advantage to Premium Membership is the ability to use our Marketing Center to increase exposure for your brand and your listings. We have a few different options to choose here, and the price will vary depending on the duration you choose. Let’s take a closer look.

Listing Promotion shoots your listing to the top of searches in its market. You can currently boost a listing for a week or a month, however, we are considering some changes to the duration options. Learn more about promoted listings by clicking HERE. By the way, we LOVE to give our members a month of listing promotion on a few of their listings when they renew.

Brand Promotion is a great way to get your marketing message out there. You can use it for your company brand or your personal brand. The Brand Promotions show up at the top of searches in the market you specify. When visitors click on the Brand Promotion ad, they are taken to your QuantumListing profile page with all your listings.  You provide the art, or we can help you with it.

Online Advertising with the Google Display Network is a unique and powerful tool available from our marketing center. These ads appear on websites your potential customers visit in their daily web browsing. The display network is more cost effective than Google Search Ads, too. It just takes a few clicks to set your ad up, and our team makes sure that it makes it past the ad reviewers’ scrutiny. Your listing will get thousands of views in the markets you specify, and hopefully one of those viewers will be the right customer for your listing.

More expensive listing sites may embed display advertising into their fee, but we believe that you know which listings you want to invest in and when.

 

iFrames

If you are an Individual or Enterprise member, you can easily serve your profile page with all of your listings as well as specific listings to your website or blog at no extra cost with an iFrame. This is a snippet of code that you or IT professional can add to your site in minutes. Unlike some of the other listing sites, there is no additional charge for this.

 

Additional Enterprise Features

Enterprise membership is great for offices with multiple agents. They can add agents for the same low price, and their listings will appear on the Enterprise profile. Multiple agents can be added to the listing without having to do redundant data entry. Each agent will also get their own profile page. The fee for agents is the same as for Individual or Enterprise membership.

For those offices with dedicated marketing or administrative staff that handle the adding and editing of listings to sites like QuantumListing, Enterprise members can create Manager accounts at no extra cost. They can handle each of the agents’ listings with a single log in.

The Analytics section in Enterprise accounts allow you to drill down to each agent’s profile views and shares, in addition to seeing them in the aggregate.
