Our webinars are an important part of each week at QuantumListing. They give us an opportunity to connect with our community, introduce them to new Commercial Real Estate tech solutions as well as experts in all aspects of our field.

When I was first getting my real estate sale license, the first thing our instructor said on day one in my first class at NYU’s Real Estate Institute back in 1986 was “Your time is your stock in trade.” If you are in the brokerage industry, you feel that in your bones, and like me, you probably end each day wondering where the time went. 

It’s no wonder that you feel there just are not enough hours in the day. You are cold calling, canvassing tenants, fielding inbound calls, researching and creating space surveys, organizing site tours, showing space, negotiating deals, staying informed about changes in your market and generating new business 

However, sometimes you need to invest time in learning how to save or make more effective use of your time. We understand that putting out fires  or just taking care of business often takes priority over participating in webinars during working hours. That's why we record the webinars so that you can watch them when you have time.

#LetsGetSmart2020 - I’ve been attending the ICSC national convention in Las Vegas for more than 30 years.  RECon may have been canceled this year, but our annual speaker series, #LetsGetSmart was not. This year, we reimagined it as an open mic event, giving all of the participants a chance to share their views on the post-COVID19 future of retail.
