New Feature: White Label Listing Delivery to Your Website

 5th June 2017    David_Perlmutter

QuantumListing has just rolled out White Label Listing Delivery, another incredible value-added feature for its Premium Members. With just a few simple steps, your webmaster can add listings to your site that are framed by your website and only have your company branding. This gives you the ability to quickly and easily create a listing page on your website for each one of your listings. This is all it takes:

  1. Select the listing and go to its detail page.
  2. Click on the </>Share button on the listing detail page to generate an iframe code snippet.
  3. Click the Copy Code Button
  4. Create a page for the listing on your website and paste the generated code into the html for that page and publish it. You can customize the frame dimensions to suit your needs.

That’s it!

This White Label option joins the other ways already available to share the listings posted on QuantumListing to your website, namely, creating a URL link to your QuantumListing Profile page and adding your selected listings with our customizable sharing widget. All of these options are included in your Premium Membership at no additional charge. So, you have three different ways to serve listings to your site for as little as $79.99/year for Individual members or $899.99/year for Enterprise members.

This video shows you how to generate the iframe code snippet:

Here’s an example of what a QuantumListing White Label listing looks like on a website:

 1st September 2016    David_Perlmutter

wordle 8In case you missed it (ICYMI) here is the September 1, 2016 edition of the newsletter we sent out to our Premium Members.

August was a busy month at QuantumListing! We made a few video demos on how to use QuantumListing, and a longer one exploring our Enterprise Dashboard. We started a series of posts with Howard Kline of CRE Radio & TV. We started another series of posts, QuantumListing Hot Spots, that highlights individual markets. And we reflected on our first year post-launch. We’ll share the recent posts from the Blog first, then fill you in on the improvements to the website and what’s next.

Recent Improvements

When you click on Enterprise or Agent’s name, you’ll go to their Profile page and see their listings. If it’s an Enterprise, you’ll also be able to click a tab to see all of their Agents, in addition to their listings. When you click through to a listing detail page, you’ll be able to see the Agent’s avatar and bio, too.

We’ve put a PayPal payment system in place. As members Trial Memberships begin to expire, they’ll have a convenient and secure way to renew. Members can also pay through the app as before, with the exception of Enterprise members. That will require an app refresh.

We’ve improved the Search function. You can now choose the radius for your search as well as filter by asset class, whether it’s for lease or sale, price, size, and date available.

We’ve improved some of the social functions, making it easier to see who is following you, and who you are following.

We’ve done some behind the scenes work so that where appropriate, we can convert existing users to Enterprise accounts and add their agents without having to reenter all of the agents and listings. If you think your account should be upgraded to an Enterprise account, let us know.

There have been lots of subtle user experience changes, too. Wording on pop-ups has been clarified and, bugs have been fixed.

Troubleshooting

If you initially registered via the QuantumListing app and have not been able to sign in on the website, try opening the app, sign out, then sign back in. This is the unintended consequence of having the app and website designed serially rather than simultaneously. If you can’t remember your password, the recover password function on the app may not work, so send an email to me at [email protected] and we will help issue you a temporary password. You can then easily change the password on the website.

The app is still very resilient, although some of the changes we’ve made to the website do cause it to crash, such as tapping on the user name. Sorry! If you are having trouble with the app, then you might want to use the website from your mobile device. Depending on your screen size and shape, some of the images may be a little distorted, but other than that, it works incredibly well (although links in blog posts may not work – got to remember to tell the team about that!).

What’s Next

We’re working on adding analytics to Enterprise accounts. If you can measure it, you can manage it.

Thanks for reading. Feel free to contact David Perlmutter at [email protected] or call 914-470-5719 with any questions, comments or suggestions.

The Voyages of the QuantumListing Enterprise Dashboard

 14th August 2016    David_Perlmutter

These are the voyages of the QuantumListing Enterprise Dashboard…

From the Broken Bow episode of Star Trek in Season 1: “On this site, a powerful engine will be built – an engine that will someday help us to travel a hundred times faster than we can today. Imagine it: thousands of inhabited planets at our fingertips. And we’ll be able to explore those strange new worlds, and seek out new life, and new civilizations. This engine will let us go boldly, where no man has gone before.”

Perhaps we won’t be going to strange new worlds with the QuantumListing Enterprise Dashboard, but it will let us visit commercial real estate brokers all over the country and get a good look at their offerings. From a company’s Enterprise  page, you can get an overview of the company, its phone number, web and email address. You can choose to follow a company so you can quickly go to their listings from your Profile page. The most important feature, though, is the thumbnails of all of the listings that company has posted.

Thumbnail

Typical Enterprise Dashboard Property Thumbnail

The thumbnail has the some basic information about the property, which includes the title that the user has give the property, the asset class and whether it is for lease or sale. There are convenient buttons to email the agent and go to their website. If you are on a device that has a phone connection, you can also click a button to call the agent. When you click the thumbnail image, you go to a property detail page which may have additional information about the property, and a link to download the property listing flyer.

Here are links to a few companies that have set up Enterprise accounts:

NAI DiLeo-Bram in Piscataway, NJ

NAI Isaac in Lexington, KY

Franklin Street Advisors in Fort Lauderdale, FL

We hope you’ll consider setting up an Enterprise account for your company. If you prefer, you can set up an individual account for yourself. It has all of the same features as an Enterprise account except for the ability to add multiple agents.

Watch our video overview of the Enterprise Dashboard so you can learn more about all of its features and how easy it is to use.

Howard Kline

CRE Radio and TV Host Howard Kline

Today, we’re introducing a new feature on our blog, it’s “Saturday with Howard Kline and CRE Radio and TV.” Howard is an engaging interviewer, and his natural curiosity and insightful questions brings out the best in each of his guests. CRE Radio and TV’s mission statement gets right to the heart of the matter of what Howard and his curated content are all about:

The CRE Radio Mission Statement:

  • Serve as an independent source of original content, exploring issues confronting the commercial real estate industry
  • Impartially cover the events, issues, personalities and ideas that count in commercial real estate today
  • Be a sounding board for discussion of new ideas among experienced CRE professionals
  • Examine and promote the best ways for CRE professionals to put technology to work in growing their businesses
  • Provide sponsor supported promotional media exclusively for and about commercial real estate

This past May, Perlmutter Properties and QuantumListing hosted Howard at our booth at ICSC RECon 2016. Howard conducted many of his interviews there. It was a great opportunity to get to know Howard better and to meet his guests. Today’s featured interview is with Laurie Baker, the 2016 President of CREW Network and Senior Vice President of Houston based Camden Property Trust (CPT), one of the largest publicly traded multifamily companies in the United States.

Today’s video is “Challenges and Solutions to Multi-use Properties.” Laurie discusses how to balance the interests of the different stakeholders in their developments. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

If you have time for a double feature, check out some of the QuantumListing Video Demos, so you can learn more about our quickly growing commercial real estate listing platform!
