A One-Stop Shop for Your Real Estate Listing Search

Searching for real estate is easier than ever.

The search box is a constant of the internet.

Wherever you go online, there is likely to be a search bar on that webpage, and if there isn’t, there’s one at the top of your web browser.

Google alone processes over 1.2 trillion searches a year. That’s a somewhat unfathomably large number, so let’s break it down a little further. This translates to 3.5 billion searches a day, and 40,000 searches every second.

Searching is absolutely integral to the internet.

With this in mind, QuantumListing has built search functionality into the platform so you can always find what you’re looking for, quickly and easily. It’s never been so easy to search real estate listings.

Search by City, ZIP Code, and Users

The heart of QuantumListing’s search functionality is the search box at the top of every page. From this, you can search all real estate listings on QuantumListing, based on location name or ZIP Code. Our location-based search is powered by Google Maps, so you’re getting the absolutely most up-to-date information.

Filtering Your Search

Once you search for listings in a place, you can narrow your search down further with QuantumListing’s search filter, located at the top left of any search results page. This is great when you need to narrow down your search in an area with lots of listings or you are looking for something very specific. For instance, if you’re looking for retail spaces for sale in Manhattan, you don’t want to search through all 400-plus results currently on QuantumListing. You can then use filters to only look at listings that are “retail” and “for sale,” and your results are narrowed down to just 15. That’s much more manageable! You can also set default search filters from which you begin your search every time.

Network Search

Networks make it easy to follow what’s going on in your interest areas. Once you’re on a network’s page, you can search for locations within the network in the upper right-hand corner of the bar at the top of each Network’s page. From there, you can search based on location, user, and asset type.

Let’s say you’re a member of the New Jersey Network. If you’re looking for office space for lease in Essex County, you can search for that without having to scroll through the many options in the New Jersey Network.

Group Search

Just like in Networks, you can search and narrow down the results in all your Groups.

Stream Search

Same goes for your Stream, which collects all the listings from the people you’re following, your networks, and your groups. Just like for your Networks and Groups, you can also search your Stream.

We know you’re in a hurry and don’t want to spend your whole day clicking and scrolling through listings, which is why QuantumListing has made it easier than ever to search real estate listings.
