A NEW WAY TO NETWORK

QuantumListing is excited to announce the release of its newest feature, Networks. You can access your Networks or join a new Network from the Networks button on the left-hand side of your profile page.

Networks put users in groups based on shared interest or location. The QuantumListing team has assigned users to networks based on their geographic area. If you want to join another network, scroll down to the bottom of your Networks page, search the network you want to join, and then click the green “Connect” button. The Network admin will then add you to your chosen Network(s). You can also check out this How it Works article for more information about joining Networks.

QuantumListing Networks provide a great way for you to access the listings that are most important you, while minimizing the effort you will need to expend to access that information. If you want to learn more about the power of networks, check out this article about network effects.

By going to one of your Networks, your fellow Network members’ listings will be prepopulated on the Network’s page, and you will be able to search and sort them to find the ones you need. Additionally, you can check in with the latest changes in your Networks by clicking on the Network News menu option on your Profile page.

Here’s an example of how you might use your QuantumListing Network. Let’s say you’re a broker in Southern California. You want to search for retail space in San Diego. You log in to your QuantumListing account and are taken to your Profile page. From there, you click on the Networks button and select the Southern California Network. The Southern California Network listings are populated on the page, and you can use the search filters to find what you want.

Or, let’s say you’re a broker from northern Michigan. You heard at a broker breakfast that one of the brokers who you often work with has a couple of new listings that may fit the search criteria for a new customer of yours. You check your Network News and see that she has recently added them to QuantumListing. You get all the information you need for your customer without a lengthy search process.

QuantumListing Networks are an efficient way to keep up with the commercial real estate markets that are important to you. Because QuantumListing Networks make this information so easily accessible, you’ll be able to find leads and get deals done more easily than ever before.
